However, we also understand that it is hard to purchase something you have not actually touched and seen. Therefore, we offer our customers a unique warranty:
If you are not satisfied with your fine art print or gallery block, we will gladly help you exchange it for another piece or give you a total refund on your purchase. Take your time, you have up to 3 months to decide!
The print and frame (if framed) or gallery block must be in a like-new condition. Return shipping will not be included in the refund.
A Certificate of Authenticity with details about the work and useful instructions will be issued with every fine art print and gallery block.

We always make sure to protect our artworks before they leave the printing lab. Fine art prints and gallery blocks are fragile items, and proper packaging is essential for shipping them unharmed.
We ship fine art prints in sturdy round tubes, rolled in protective paper sheets. The tube protects the print for being bent or creased during shipping, and delivers it to you in an excellent condition. The gallery blocks is protected by a sheet of cardboard, and cardboard corners are placed on its edges. The entire gallery block is then wrapped in bubble wrap, to safeguard it from scratches and handling.
The package containing your artwork is sent as registered signed-for with MaltaPost, the leading postal services provider in Malta. A tracking number will be sent to you via email as soon as your fine art print or gallery block has been posted. You can use this number to follow your parcel on its journey home to you.
In the unusual event of your artwork being damage during shipping, we will send you a replacement without further delay. Simply inform us via email and attach some photos of the damaged product, and we will send you a new one for no extra cost.
Christmas gifts need to be ordered by the first Sunday of December to be delivered in time.
Why not add a dedication. We can write this in pencil at the back of the print.

We process payments through PayPal. PayPal is the industry standard for online payment with leading security and fraud prevention systems. Through PayPal, your financial information is never shared with us.
After pressing the checkout button, you will be redirected to a 'PayPal Express Checkout' page. Here you can login to your PayPal account or easily create one. There is also the possibility to pay directly with major credit cards, but this feature is not available in every country.

Gilbert Vancell owns the rights to the original image. When you purchase a fine art print, you only gain ownership of the physical print.
